Abstract
Employees are essential part of the company and that is why it is important to choose the best people. The aim of diploma thesis is to devise the system of recruitment and selection of employees. First part of document contains theoretical background for problem of hiring employees. Selection interviews and selection tests are described in separate chapters of the first part. Then, there is a presentation of chosen organization. Next part deals with devise of selection process for this company and includes draft for four work places - assistant, accountant, programmer and graphic designer. An interview with company owners provided important information about job in the company and costs of outsourced services. Then follows the part with suggestions and recommendations, where these costs are compared with costs of selection procedure, payments and required equipment for employees. It shows that it is convenient to employ an assistant and a programmer for a full-time job and graphic designer for a part-time job. Accountancy should be still ensured by outsourcing. This selection procedure is the very first experience for chosen organization and it needs to be applied in real to prove this process.
