Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge of crisis management and create crisis profile of the company RKL Slévárna, s.r.o, which is doing business in foundry industry. Diploma thesis consist of theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, there are explained all theoretic knowledge of crisis management, which are applied in practical part. For example financial analysis, analysis of external and internal business environment (VRIO, SWOT, Porter analysis five forces) and creating crisis profile of the company, which consist of identification of crisis sources, analysis of emergency and creating crisis matrix with crisis strategies. For leaving of employees, there is created a crisis plan. Content of work are also reccomendations for company, which based from created crisis profile.
