Abstract
The topic of this thesis is the marketing mix analysis of the café. The goal of the thesis is to determine suggestions for changes in the marketing mix in order to increase the number of visitors to the selected café. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a definition of an extended marketing mix of services and a characteristic of the selected company. In the practical part, research is carried out using a questionnaire survey. The results of the research are then analyzed and from this analysis suggestions and recommendations for changes to the marketing mix of the café are determined. By implementing these suggestions in practice, there may be a potential increase in visit rate of the café.
