Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to define a standard procedure for ensuring the protection of personnel in an important building endangered by the effects of hazardous materials in an emergency planning zone and to elaborate a primary step-by-step procedure plan that would help persons in an important building to quickly and properly respond during a critical situation. The dissertation offers elaborated procedures for ensuring the protection of primary school and kindergarten in the case of ammonia leak from the sport stadium SAREZA in Ostrava - Poruba.
