Abstract

This bachelor’s work deal with proposal housing for seniors. This is a change of use buildings kindergarten to streets Máchova in Třinec for the purpose of housing. The main reason for reconstruction and the subsequent creation of new housing units for the elderly is deterioratig condition of the building and the inadequate number of facilities for the population of Třinec. Architectural and urban solutions are designed tobe fonctional and should be linked to surroundig. Finally, to deal with the traffic situation around the building and parking spaces. The work also includes the reconstruction casting.
