Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to propose a building for social background employers of company Contimade Ltd. including food dispensaries and eatery. The object must be created from modular cells and in it has to fulfill requirements of passive construction.The thesis was prepared in the form of project documentation required for the project execution stage. The text part of the thesis contains technical report describing architectural and construction-related solutions, thermo-technical assessment of the building, as well as draft hot water and heatingand and forced-air ventilation source.
