Analýza vnitroorganizačních směrnic v příspěvkové organizaci

Abstract

V této práci je provedená analýza vnitřních směrnic v příspěvkové organizaci, jedná se o návrh nových směrnic či o opravu směrnic stávajících. Nejprve jsou zde rozvedeny důležité pojmy, jako jsou právní předpisy, vnitřní směrnice, jejich formální stránka a jiné. Dále následuje popis všech stávajících směrnic v dané příspěvkové organizaci, kterou je Mateřská škola Opava, Neumannova. V závěrečné části je proveden rozbor jednotlivých směrnic, ve kterých se vyskytují chyby a v poslední řadě jsou zde navrhnuty směrnice nové. V závěru je uvedené doporučení pro ředitelku mateřské školy.

In this work is to analyze internal guidelines in semi-budgetary organisation, it is a proposal for new guidelines or to repair the existing Directives. First, there are detailed important concepts, such as legal regulations, internal directives, their formalization and others. This is followed by a description of all existing Directives in semi-budgetary organisation, which is Kindergarten Opava, Neumannova. The final section is an analysis of the individual directives, in which mistake occurs and lastly, it is suggested the new directive. Finally, it presents recommendations to the director of the kindergarten.
