Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of a specific company in the years 2017-2021 and determining its value as of 12/31/2021.A PEST analysis is used to evaluate the macro environment of the company. Financial analysis is used to assess the company's performance, specifically status, difference and ratio indicators, as well as indicator systems. To determine the value are used methods for valuing the company such as equity valuation methods, income methods of valuation, and comparative methods.
