Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the application CIVA in terms of housing cooperatives in the years 2004-2011 and the momentum of VAT taxation team member, resident in the house, where he created a legal owners associations. Legislation has been prepared as of April 1, 2011 as the VAT Act. Further, the work points to the ITA and laws relating to the creation og units owners.
