Abstract

Thesis: " New old and old new housing" comprehensively covers the assessment and solution of the issue by the town Třebič in different scalely degrees. Over the new urban concept to the solution of partial parts of the Jihlava River waterfront. Next the work deals with the evaluation of quality spaces historic core structures their development and addition. The work is targeted to the waterfront area of the Jihlava River between the Jewish parts of the city and the historical center interior which focuses on housing issues. Solution of selected residential buildings moreover represents the symbiotic connection between " new" and " old" way in its different forms. Solution objects offer a new and contemporary forms of housing in an attractive urban space at the former fortification circuit of the inner city or in the former factory of the Jewish part of the city . The work also ideological demarcation gateways that reinforce the identity and image of priority urban parts .
