Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the Development of Human Potential in Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s company. The aim of thesis is to find all known parts of development of human potential in SmVak, find another way to human potential development and suggest recommendations for improving human potential development. Theoretical part is focused on organizations and human resources, human resources management, human resources development, human potential development and talent management. In an analytical part is specified subject of analysis, listed and described the methods of analysis and interpreted results of analysis. The final part contains proposals for improvement human resources development.
