Voda v roce 2075 – dopady klimatických změn

Abstract

The thesis presents an insight into water resources management within a specific part of the river Ohře basin. Based on analysis of available data the work determines and evaluates influence of climatic changes on the water resources management. Consequently, measures are recommended which would lower the impact of these changes. First part of the thesis defines key problems of water resources management. This is followed by current state of waterworks, their capacity and influence within the region. Further, the climatic changes influencing waterworks and water courses are analyzed. Next part discusses creation of new waterworks, which would bring greater reserves of surface water. The thesis continues with climatic forecasts and is closed with measures and recommendations that would lower the impact of climatic changes.
