Podpora rozvoje cestovního ruchu na území Olomouckého kraje v kontextu politiky soudržnosti EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá podporou cestovního ruchu na území Olomouckého kraje z fondů EU v programovém období 2007 – 2013. Mezi programové dokumenty v kontextu politiky HSS EU umožňující podporu cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji patří ROP SM, IOP a OPPS ČR – PR. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení finančního a věcného pokroku při využívání subvencí ze strukturálních fondů EU v kontextu podpory rozvoje cestovního ruchu na území Olomouckého kraje. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části se nachází teoretická východiska v oblasti cestovního ruchu, začlenění cestovního ruchu do systému regionálního rozvoje a základní východiska politiky HSS EU. Druhá část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na socioekonomickou analýzu Olomouckého kraje, turistické regiony a ukazatele statistického monitoringu cestovního ruchu. Ve třetí části se nachází hodnocení finančního a věcného pokroku v realizaci operačních programů, které umožňují podporu cestovního ruchu na území Olomouckého kraje.

Diploma thesis describes the support of tourism in the Olomouc region from EU funds in the 2007 - 2013. The programme documents in the context of EU Cohesion Policy with support for tourism in the Olomouc region include ROP SM, IOP and OPPS CR - PR. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial and physical progress in the use of subsidies from EU Structural Funds in the context of tourism development support in the Olomouc region. Thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical in tourism, tourism inclusion into the regional development and principles of EU Cohesion Policy. The second part of the thesis focuses on the socio-economic analysis of the Olomouc region, tourist regions and monitoring statistical indicators of tourism. In the third part is evaluating the financial and physical progress in the implementation of operational programmes, which allow tourism development support in the Olomouc region.
