Abstract

This work is about to the description of agile methods, OpenUP, SCRUM and external programming. Description of the difference between these methods and examples of using these methods to practical examples. The paper describes the model of real processes in the companynetdevelo Ltd. Processes are adjusted using the SoftwareProcess Framework Composer Eclips. These processes arethen further processed and charged with knowledge of the OpenUP, SCRUM and external programming so that they are improvedover existing. In conclusion, we evaluate the deployment of these amendedprocedures are tested differences between traditional and agilesoftware development methods.
