Pozemkové úpravy v okrese Teplice a Ústí nad Labem, jejich financování a realizace

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracován vývoj a přehled pozemkových úprav v okresech Teplice a Ústí nad Labem. V první části je popsán vývoj pozemkových úprav v republice a historie pozemkových úřadů v Teplicích a Ústí nad Labem. Následně jsou vysvětleny druhy pozemkových úprav a postup při provádění pozemkových úprav. V další části jsou zpracovány a vysvětleny jednotlivé možnosti financování pozemkových úprav a možnosti využití zdrojů z evropských fondů. Je zde také vyčíslen objem finančních prostředků na projekty a realizace výsledků komplexních pozemkových úprav v okresech Teplice a Ústí nad Labem. V závěru práce je uvedeno množství peněz, které bude potřeba k ukončení a k realizaci zbylých pozemkových úprav v obou okresech.

In the putforward thesis there has been given a description of the development and survey of landscape modification in the districts of Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. In the first part there is a description of development of the landscape modifications in the republic and the history of landscape offices in the towns Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. The explanation of types of landscape modifications and the method while doing ladscape modifications follows. In the next part particular possibilities of financing lanscape modifications and possibilities of taking advantages of european financial sources are explained. In this part there has also been quantified a volume of financial means for projects and carrying out reasults of the global landscape modifications in the districts of Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. In the final part the necessary amount of money, which will be needed to finish or to carry out the remaining landscape modifications in both districts is mentioned.
