Optimalizace materiálového toku ve společnosti VISIMPEX a.s.

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the optimization of material flow in VISIMPEX a.s. The thesis is divided into four related chapters. In the second chapter is introduction of company VISIMPEX a.s. The third chapter deals with theoretical basis and current approaches in the field of material flow. The following chapter is devoted to an analysis of the current process of material flow in VISIMPEX, a.s. On the basis of all defects founded in the analytical part of the thesis is presented a new draft layout of workplaces in the end of the thesis while using the triangle method.
