Abstract

Tato diplomová práce porovnává teorii bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci pracovníků s praxí ve vybrané organizaci BLANCO CZ, spol. s r. o.

Úvodní část zahrnuje teoretický pohled na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci, politiku ochrany zdraví a bezpečnosti při práci, ochranu zaměstnanců, pracovní úrazy, pracovní riziko, audit a inspekci bezpečnosti práce.

V praktické části je věnována pozornost charakteristice podniku, jak je systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví pracovníků v tomto konkrétním podniku uskutečňován.

V závěrečné části jsou, na základě teoretických poznatků a praktických zkušeností, doporučeny možná opatření, která by vedla k odstranění problémů a nedostatků a přispěla ke komplexnějšímu řízení systému BOZP v organizaci.

This thesis compares the theory of health and safety at work of workers with experience in a selected organization BLANCO CZ, spol. s r.o.

The introductory part includes theoretical perspective on health and safety at work, politics of health and safety at work, employment protection, occupational accidents, occupational risk, audit and safety inspection.

The practical part deals with the characteristics of the company, the system's safety and health of workers in this particular business is carried out.

In the final section, on the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, courses of action are recommended that would lead to correct the problems and shortcomings and contribute to the comprehensive management of OSH in the organization.
