Návrh systému pro výběr dodavatelů ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis focuses on introducing a new system for supplier selection process in manufacturing organization RENETRA s.r.o. The Bachelor thesis aims at creating a system which is well-arranged, easy to read, making the actual selection process simple, organized, quick and user friendly for new, unexperienced users to be able to navigate themselves in it after only a brief introduction. Teoretical part of the thesis focuses on supplier-customer relationship strategy, role of purchasing department and subject of purchase, also deals with general methods of selection and the criteria for selecting suppliers. The methodological part aims at narrowing down number of suppliers to the most frequented ones using a point method and then to select strategic suppliers. Point method was chosen as a way to obtain the necessary data. The analytical part focuses on the description and analysis of the new systém. The final part contains proposals and recommendations for the new system and development of marketing communication within the organization.
