Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on measurement of the customer´s satisfaction with services of the salon for four paws. The goal is to find out what is customer satisfaction with the current range of salon services with selected factors and what services would be welcomed in their implementation. The goal is also to recommend measures that would increase satisfaction. The work is a quantitative research secured personal inquiries. The work is a quantitative research conducted on the basis of personal interviews.
