Abstract

The main theme of the diploma thesis is the system of education and development of employees in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to assess the current system of education and development of employees in a selected organization and to propose measures that would eliminate the current problems. The work reveals the issues of education, employee development, interconnection with other personnel activities and the issue of investing in human capital. Planning of human resources. Using the questionnaire survey method, the semi-structured interview and the analysis of internal documents, suggestions are made to improve the current education and development system in a selected organization.
