Abstract
The goal of the diploma thesis is valuation of selected company on the basis of yield methods. It is a two phase methods of discounted cash flow DCF and method of capitalized net profits. Before the final evaluation was carried out strategy and financial analysis, which are basis for valuation. One part of this study is a calculation of a financial plan for the years 2009 – 2013. The value of the company is calculated to 1. 1. 2009.
