Abstract

PAVLÁT, Miroslav. Technological process for understructure of the apartment building. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Constructions 225, 2016, XXs Bachelor thesis looks into a project of an apartment building for building permit.´It deals with technological process of realization of understructure from permanent shuttering.Project documentation, thermal and technical assessment of chosen part of the understructure is also included in the scope of the thesis. Construction cost estimation of the particular variation of understructure were calculated and project documentation is supplemented with solution for building organization plan. Technological part of the process of understructure is covered by permanent shuttering construction solution with usage of an element of DITON s.r.o. company. [5] This structure was analyzed in material and structural terms. We made comparison of the advantages and disadvantages with cast-in-place concrete structure, for the purpose of ascertaining economical and time demands of both alternatives.
