Řízení testeru výrobků pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to make a program of the programmable logic controller that shall control the tester of the automotive industry products. An object of the test is a storage box mounted in the dashboard. At the present time is this storage box checked only visually by assembly operator. For the reason of the improvement the quality and to prevent the human mistakes is necessary to insure fully automated testing process. My role in this project is to scheme out the control system, witch should be able to upgrade in the future, make the control software and test it in the plant.
