Abstract
The aim of this thesis is an accomplishment of financial analysis and evaluation of financial situation of a selected company in years 2009 – 2012. This thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one.
The theoretical part deals with the issue and objective of financial analysis, there are provided basic sources of information, users and component methods of financial analysis.
In the practical part there are effected the selected methods of this analysis and evaluated the established results and financial situation of the company. There are also suggested possible recommendations which could become an asset for financial decisions of the company and lead to improvement of its financial situation.
