Důchodový systém v České republice

Abstract

In this work I deal with the pension system in the Czech Republic. The work describes the pension scheme as part of social insurance. Here I explain the basic concepts and principles of the pension insurance. The work defines the different types of pensions that are provided under the Czech pension system. The work also describes the conditions created for individual pension entitlement. The next section describes the need for pension reform. Here I explain the government's pension reform proposal and I compare it with reformed system in the Slovak Republic.
