Proměna periferie v oblasti Hády-Korea v Brně na alternativní městské bydlení

Abstract

The subject of this thesis was the transformation of peripheraly in Brno - Hady on alternative urban. Currently, the territory is the mostly used as areas of industrial character.The project deals with urban and architectural design of compact suburban residential zones to cultivated currently forms of the housing development. The main principle was alternating with 3 types of houses in the diverse logical structure of buildings. Individual homes were installed in the area so thatlargely adapted terrain morphology. For its very attractive views of the city of Brno, the houses on a slope designed with lots of terraces and balconies. Within blocks are designed components for daily recreation stationed in various field levels. Parking is proposed as an underground this courtyard. The aim of the project is to create an intensive development in privacy and pleasant environment
