Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá technickými prostředky pro bezpečné uložení zbraní a střeliva. V úvodní části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny právní a technické požadavky, statistický přehled držitelů zbrojních průkazů a jednotlivých kategorií střelných zbraní, včetně jejich počtu evidovaných v České republice. V další části jsou popsány druhy technických prostředků pro uložení střelných zbraní a střeliva kategorií B a C. V následující části je diskutován rozbor výsledků vlastního šetření. Součástí bakalářské práce je rovněž vyhodnocení současného stavu. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny alternativní možnosti optimalizace zabezpečení zbraní.

The bachelor thesis deals with technical means for safe storage of weapons and ammunition. In the first part of the bachelor thesis presents legal and technical requirements, a statistical overview of holders of firearms licenses and individual categories of firearms, including their number registered in the Czech Republic. The next section describes the types technical means for storing firearms and ammunition of categories B and C. In the following part, the analysis of the results of the investigation itself is discussed. Part of the bachelor thesis i salso an evaluation of the current state. In the last part of the thesis, alternative options for optimizing weapon security are presented.
