Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to analyze process of collective bargaining and content of collective agreement at selected university and to propose some changes which can possibly lead to some improvement in them. First part is dedicated to legal regulation of this topic, its analysis and explanations. In the second part is analysed collective agreement from selected university as well as its process of collective bargaining. Last part contains proposals for changes in collective bargaining process and content of collective agreement.
