Návrh technologického postupu výstavby polyfunkčního domu

Abstract

Aim of this diploma thesis was to prepare a proposal and project documentation for polyfunctional building – business and office center (OKC I) in Kromeriz. The intention was to develop a new building which would be fully functional and would have 2 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. Discussed project provides opportunities for many enterpreneurship and business areas in calm suburban part of the city with sufficient civil facilities. Two conference rooms with posibility to rent, storing rooms and archives are placed in the basement of the planned building. First floor is divided into four rental units with connecting social and storing spaces. Addressed rental units are expected to be used for business purposes. Second floor offers offices and other rooms which are determined to be an operational (administrative) base of the investor. Moreover, sufficient parking spaces and areas for incoming suppliers surround the building. Diploma thesis includes both design and text section known as project documentation. Part of the thesis is also technological section which consists of technological process of digging, time schedule, item budget, thermal-technological evaluation and other annexes.
