Finanční benchmarking a mezipodnikové srovnání průmyslových společností

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finančním benchmarkingem a mezipodnikovým srovnáním průmyslových společností. Cílem práce je nejprve teoreticky vymezit základní pojmy a metody finančního benchmarkingu a v praktické části tyto metody aplikovat a na základě provedeného benchmarkingu definovat slabá místa v systému finančního řízení. K dosažení určeného cíle je použita finanční analýza, jejíž výsledky jsou porovnány s hodnotami finančních ukazatelů třech vybraných benchmarkingových partnerů. Na základě mezipodnikového srovnání je vyhotoven návrh opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace v podniku.

This master´s thesis is focused on financial benchmarking and intercompany comparation of industrial companies. The aim of the master´s thesis is at first to theoretically define the basic concepts and methods of financial benchmarking and in the practiral part to apply these methods. Based on the results of benchmarking to define weaknesses in financial management system. To achieve the specified targets are used methods of financial analysis. The results are compared with values of financial indikators of three chosen benchmarking partners. Based on the intercompany comparation is draw up the suggestion to improving the financial situation of the company.
