Abstract

The subject of this thesis is a static report of the overhead loading machine MBSk 600 serving for breaking and subsequent removal of boric ore. The machine is located in the hall in a seismically active areas of Turkey. Basic geometry and machine parameters were obtained from the documentation by company VITCRANE s r.o. The thesis deals with static report of individual parts of the machine, the main structural elements and connections. Special attention is paid to the static assessment of the main beam of thin-walled closed using by shell numerical model and taking into account the geometric and physically non-linear behavior of the structure, including initial imperfect construction.
