Identifikace a vyhodnocení rizik ovlivňujících finanční zdraví vybraného průmyslového podniku

Abstract

The present thesis deals with the identification and assessment of risks that affect the financial soundness of a selected business. Based on the specific case of the company Čisté prameny a.s., the thesis identifies the risk factors affecting the financial soundness of this company, determines the importance of the identified risks as well as their effect on the company's financial soundness. The thesis is divided in two parts – the theoretical part where the risk identification methods, risk analysis and financial soundness are dealt with, along with the methodology for the practical part. In the practical part, the company Čisté prameny a.s. is introduced and its business activities are described. The company is described using the SWOT analysis. Risk factors are identified and their importance is determined by selected methods. At the end of the thesis, a risk register is created.
