Systémy řízení prevence závažných havárií v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to explore the situation of the implemented management system to prevent major accidents in the Moravian Region and to evaluate the level and functionality of these systems. The first part describes the legislation dealing with the prevention of major accidents. It is written as deployment and maintenance management system for preventing major accidents with subsequent determination of requirements for processors of security documentation. The second part is an analysis of a questionnaire. Then all queries are evaluated on the management system for preventing major accidents. Conclusion is based functionality and quality management system to prevent serious accidents in the Moravian Region.
