The subject of the diploma thesis is construction project for low-energy block of flats in a given range. The low-energy block of flats is a five-story basement building with one underground and four aboveground floors.
The diploma thesis contains technical report for the construction part, drawing documentation, thermal and technical assessment of building, building envelope energy label and static calculation of steel and wooden purlin in roof trusses.
