Společenská odpovědnost společnosti OKD a.s. se zaměřením na sociální a environmentální oblasti

Abstract

The submit bachelor thesis is devoted issue of corporate social responsibility. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part deal with theory of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), namely historical development, characteristic of CSR and explanation of areas that are associated with CSR. Content of theoretical part are key areas of evaluation, implementation and integration of core business management system. Practical part is focus on social and environmental areas of CSR strategy for OKD Company. Firstly is introduced written CSR strategy and subsequently it is used for quantitative analysis via questionnaire survey for internal and external factors. In the last part of analysis is compared present CSR of OKD Company with selected metallurgical enterprises in the region within qualitative analysis. Finally of each phase is evaluation which will be a basis for designing improvements.
