Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with a reduction of delay caused by a rebuilding of HCC rolling mill at ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. The first part of the thesis focuses on the company characteristics and theoretical solutions related to lean production. The second part consists of a current state of the rebuilding, an application of a SMED method and suggestions leading to shortening the time of the rebuilding and improving of mill performance.
