Abstract

The bachelor work deals with measuring customer satisfaction with swimming pool services in Ostrava. The aim of this work is analysis of satisfaction with offer of services and determine attitudes to a reconstructions of the area. In the theoretical part are described the general bases of services marketing, their properties and classification, customer satisfaction and satisfaction measurement. The application part is dedicated to results of questionnaire inquiry analysis. The visitors of swimming pool took part in the questioning. Based on the achieved results are proposed suggestions and recommendations that could improve service offerings and attract new customers.
