Abstract
The objective of this thesis is valuation of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. company using methodology of real options. Valuation of equity is dated to 1.1.2017 and it is assessed by means of binomial model based on replicating strategy for risks without flexibility and for risks with flexibility.
