Návrh a realizace řídicího systému s využitím průmyslového IoT

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with data transferring from programmable logic controller to cloud platform based on Internet of Things. The main task was to create an application on production line situated at laboratory of programable logic controllers. The whole application was programmed in TIA Portal V14 programming environment. Communication with cloud platform works on principle data transferring by using industrial gateway Siemens SIMATIC IOT2040, where it was necessary to install Node-RED platform and then insert libraries determined for controlling programable logic controllers Siemens SIMATIC S7 series together with libraries, which are intended for communication with individual cloud platforms. Testing was performed at running production line in laboratory, while saving values of current application status were stored in the cloud platforms. Data transmission models will offer certain convenience in case of better system understanding for students and easier developing applications for laboratory workplaces.
