Návrh strategického plánu firmy Sectron Mobil, s.r.o.

Abstract

In my thesis, which I work up for Sectron Mobil, s.r.o. company, I deal with strategic management and strategic plan of company. This thesis consists of several part, in the teoretical part I introduced the basic conceptions and resource of strategy, then I defined some of analytical method. I described a company in the opening of practical part, follows external and internal surrounding analysis, which are contributed to future progress prognosis. Then I suggested 3 different strategic plan based on the performed analysis.
