Porovnání motivačních systémů pracovníků ve vybraných společnostech

Abstract

This thesis compares the incentive system used for workers of several companies. The comparison intentionally involves companies with different fields of orientation since incentive programs are not entirely dependent on business. If something needs to be improved in order to motivate employees, it is a good idea to choose a company from outside the given field. The thesis aims to reveal weaknesses in the incentive system and propose appropriate measures for its improvement. The basis for this goal includes the characteristics of the selected companies, an analysis of the current state of incentives, and recommendations to optimize the existing conditions of the company in terms of economic growth.
