Abstract

Subject of this thesis is the customer satisfaction measurement with travel agency and the design of such a recommendation to the agency customers not only survived but also gained new ones on the basis of effective marketing communications. The theoretical part deals with tourism, its specifics and characteristics of the Top Tour and travel agencies. It also informs the customer relationship management and satisfaction measurement models. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and conducted marketing research, marketing communication is designed to not only improve the image of the agency, but the agency also gets into the wider schema_dspacedb.
