Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the accessibility of the bottom of the ČSA quarry within the framework of remediation and reclamation works. In the first part, I describe the geological conditions of the northwestern slope of the ČSA quarry, where the construction of the road from the Černice area to the quarry bottom will be implemented, and the issue of the general slope of the pit. In the second part, I propose a suitable solution and parameters of the construction and furthermore I make an economic evaluation of the proposed solution. It is a construction with abnormal risk, located in exceptionally difficult engineering-geological and stability conditions. The purpose of this construction is to make the bottom of the ČSA quarry accessible for subsequent overlaying of the coal seam.
