Abstract

The goal of my diploma thesis is to find out and evaluate the current state of health and safety in a selected municipal office with the subsequent proposal of technical and organizational measures. The diploma thesis will evaluate the working conditions at the workplaces, evaluate the training of employees in the framework of OSH, the implementation of OSH inspections at the workplaces, the management of production and operational documentation for technical equipment and assessed their condition. A draft OSH document will be prepared, ensuring an overall OSH solution at the municipal office.
