Studie integrální bezpečnosti průmyslového areálu

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zajištění integrální (celkové) bezpečnosti průmyslového areálu. V úvodní části se autor zabývá popisem základních pojmů pro pochopení řízení bezpečnosti v podniku a statistickými údaji o mimořádných událostech v průmyslu v České republice za poslední roky. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny základní povinnosti na úseku bezpečnosti, které jsou obsaženy v právních předpisech. V závěru práce je popsán postup, jak lze jednotlivé části bezpečnosti provázat do jednotného funkčního systému a navržená metodika pro možnost vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu integrální bezpečnosti podniku.

The thesis deals with securing the integral (overall) safety of an industrial zone. In the opening part the author describes basic terms within the safety management in an organization and statistic data about recent extraordinary events in the industrial field in the Czech Republic. Moreover, the thesis includes basic duties in the safety field, which result from law regulations. The end of the thesis serves to describe a concrete procedure of how to link individual parts of the safety management into a united functional system. There is also a proposed method for evaluating current status in the organizational integral safety presented.
