Finanční analýza společnosti Dongwon CZ, s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate a financial situation in the Dongwon CZ, s.r.o., the production company, during the period of 2009 – 2014 by applying financial analysis methods. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters as follows. The second chapter is focused on a basic function of a financial analysis and its methods. Particularly, basic characteristics, data sources, users and a description of the methods of the financial analysis is stated and described.Methods described and used in the practical part are as follows: horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, pyramidal decomposition and influence quantification and in the end sensitivity analysis. Dongwon CZ, s.r.o. is a company producing spare parts for car industry and is the company analyzed and described in the chapter three. Detailed information is provided about it as well as products portfolio for supplier-customer relations. The fourth chapter deals with the above mentioned methods of financial analysis applied for financial analysis of the company. The financial health assessment of the company is based on the results provided by methods applied.Pyramidal decomposition and the influence quantification is employed on current liquidity ratio. The last chapter summarizes the results of the financial analysis of Dongwon CZ, s.r.o.
