Rekonstrukce regálové haly na výrobní halu s mostovým jeřábem

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracovat návrh přestavby haly s regálovými zakladači na výrobní halu s mostovým jeřábem. Objekt se nachází ve výrobním areálu firmy Ferrcomp ve Frýdlantu nad Ostravicí. Je řešeno, jak navržení optimálního provedení změn ocelové konstrukce dle požadavků investora ( Ferrcomp a.s.), tak statické posouzení hlavních nosných prvků a spojů, ale i vyhotovení výkresové dokumentace. Součástí je rovněž návrh a posudek mostového jeřábu o nosnosti 8t, jenž by měl být v přestavované hale instalován. Diplomová práce je zpracována v rozsahu 316 stran a 177 stran příloh.

The subject of the thesis is to draft the reconstruction of the hall with pallet stackers to a production hall with a overhead crane. The building is located in the manufacturing premises of the company Ferrcomp in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. It is designed as the optimal design changes steel structures according to the investor ( Ferrcomp a.s.) and static assessment of the main load-bearingelements and connections and drawings as well. Thesis also includes the design and assessment of overhead crane capacity 8 tons, which should be installed in the hall rebuilt. This thesis is elaborated in the range of pages 316 and 177 pages of attachments.
