Stanovení hodnoty podniku vybranými výnosovými metodami

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování podniků. Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu podniku Paramo, a. s. na základě vybraných výnosových metod. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. Obsahem první kapitoly je obecná charakteristika týkající se přístupů a metodologie oceňování podniku. Druhá část obsahuje seznámení s oceňovanou společností. Její součástí je také hodnocení činnosti a hospodaření podniku s využitím strategické a finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole je na daný podnik aplikována metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků, která měří jak současný, tak i budoucí výnosový potenciál podniku, a metoda kapitalizovaných zisků, která představuje odhad dolního limitu výnosové hodnoty společnosti. Výsledkem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty vybrané společnosti včetně citlivostní analýzy hodnoty společnosti na vybraných faktorech. Výsledky oceňování mohou pomoci vlastníkům v rozhodnutí o budoucí strategii společnosti.

The diploma thesis concerns the company valuation theme. The objective of the diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the company Paramo, Inc. on the basis selecteds earnings methods. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter concerns on genereal charakteristic of access and methodology to a determination of the value of the company. Second chapter contains the identification of the company. The important part of this chapter are strategic and financial analyses. The third chapter concentrates on the company valuation itself. With the usage of two earnings methods of valuation, particularly discounted cash flow method and capitalization of earnings method, which were applied on the concrete company, was estimated an interval of company value. Evaluation of selected company including sensitivity analysis company value on selected elements is the result of the diploma work. Result of valuation will certainly help the owners in the decision about the future corporate strategy.
