Abstract

This work deals with the impact of the global economic crisis and its solutions within the UK company CIE Automotive, based in Valasske Mezirici and manufacturing molded products for the automotive industry. The theoretical part describes the rise of economic crisis in U.S. mortgage sector and then its spread to other sectors of the global economy, together with the impact on macro-economic indicators of EU and Czech Republic, including the most significant measures of global action against both players. The practical part of the work deals with the fallout of the global crisis on the company CIE Unitools Press and the impact on the economic results of the company in 2008 - 2010. This part is followed by the analysis of specific anti-crisis measures in the company CIE Unitools Press and the evaluation of their effectiveness.
