Analýza vyhlášky Českého báňského úřadu č. 72/1988 Sb. o výbušninách

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No. 72/1988 Coll., on the use of explosives, as amended. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate its position within the legal system of the Czech Republic, describe its development and basic content, and assess whether its current form corresponds to present-day blasting practice. The thesis focuses primarily on modern methods of initiation, the use of digital documentation, software tools, and unmanned aerial vehicles. It also addresses issues concerning the professional and medical competence of people involved in blasting operations, as well as safety during surface blasting. The thesis also includes a brief comparison with foreign legislation and proposes possible future amendments to the legal regulation.
